Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, participant portal and services operated by Borneoinspire Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Company Registration 202301021781 (1515704-P)) (“Borneoinspire”, “we”, “us”), including registration for Executive Study Missions and related training programmes (the “Services”). By creating an account, reserving a seat, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including passport and company details), for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

2. Programmes, itineraries & changes

Programme content, company visits, schedules, hotels and speakers are indicative and may change for operational, safety or host-company reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives. A seat is confirmed only when your registration is approved and payment is in place, or your employer has chosen to claim the programme through HRDC.

Registration deadline

Registrations close the day before the programme departure date. An HRDC-sponsored place is claimed by the employer after the programme, so no grant lead time is needed before departure. Applications after the deadline are placed on the waitlist for the next mission.

Airfares

Published programme prices are based on prevailing airfares at the time of publication. Airfares are set by the airlines and may change until your ticket is issued; any fare difference at the time of ticketing will be quoted to you (or your sponsoring employer) for approval before we book.

3. Fees, payments & no-refund policy

• Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include the inclusions listed on the programme page; international flights are arranged separately unless stated otherwise.
• Payment may be made by card, online banking (FPX), bank transfer, or through an approved HRDC sponsorship by your employer.
• Promotional prices apply only during the stated campaign and to new registrations.
• All fees are strictly non-refundable. On confirmation of your seat we immediately commit non-recoverable costs on your behalf — including flight tickets, hotel rooms, ground transport, insurance and host-company arrangements. Accordingly, no refund is given for cancellation, non-attendance, visa refusal, or early departure from the programme, regardless of reason.
• In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your seat once to a named colleague before the documentation deadline we notify to you, subject to any airline, hotel or visa name-change fees, which are payable by you.
• If Borneoinspire cancels a programme in its entirety, you will be offered a transfer to the next available mission or a refund of fees paid to us, at your choice.

4. HRDC sponsorship

Where you elect HRDC sponsorship, approval rests with HRD Corp and your employer. You remain responsible for the fee if the sponsorship is declined or withdrawn. We prepare supporting documentation but do not guarantee claim outcomes.

5. Travel requirements & conduct

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (6+ months validity), complying with immigration and health requirements of the destination, and behaving professionally during company visits. We may remove a participant whose conduct endangers others or the delegation’s host relationships, without refund.

6. Referral programme

Referral rewards are payable per referred delegate whose seat is confirmed, at the rate published at the time of referral, after the referrer’s own trip completes (for delegates) or per the agent agreement (for approved affiliate agents). Self-referrals and fraudulent registrations do not qualify. We may amend or withdraw the programme prospectively at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All programme materials, branding and platform content are owned by Borneoinspire or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected programme. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including airline disruption, border closures or host-company cancellations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force.
